Meet Me At The Lindell: The Story of America's First Sports Bar (2017, 2019)

A few years back, some friends and I decided to make a documentary about Detroit's legendary Lindell Athletic Club. Little did we know it would become a seven year production that culminated with two sold out premier showings at Detroit's 2017 Freep Film Festival and a run on Detroit Public Television. It also inspired an exhibit at the Detroit Historical Museum. (Created with Erich Weimer, John Urbanek, Matt Bobryk and the help of many others.) Here's an article about the film:  http://www.freep.com/story/sports/2017/03/29/lindell-ac-freep-film-fest/99782248/

Baby I'm A Star (2017)

One day while shopping in Eastern Market, I met a Prince tribute artist who was leaving Detroit for the bright lights of Las Vegas. This is his story. It debuted in June of 2017 on Prince's birthday at a screening of Under The Cherry Moon. (With John Urbanek, Tom Cerroni, Joe Godard, and Zach Dufresne) Here's a story on the film: http://www.freep.com/story/entertainment/2017/06/04/prince-under-cherry-moon-impersonator-cinema-detroit/363872001/

William Clay Ford Tribute Video (2014)

After the 2013 season, long-time Detroit Lions owner William Clay Ford passed away. This film was commissioned for a pregame ceremony at the following season’s home opener. While doing this project, I got the opportunity to write for Jeff Daniels and interview Lions greats like Barry Sanders and Ford family members. (With Iain Lanivich and Bret Warketein)
